Winter Program
We wanted to remind you that the forms sent home to submit names of veterans to be recognized during our Veterans Day celebration were due yesterday. However, since we had a snow day, we’re extending the deadline. Please take a photograph of the completed form and email it to jromero@socorroschools.org by tomorrow, November 9th. Also, kindly check your child’s backpack to make sure no forms were left behind. We will not have time to add any names to our slideshow on Monday morning, as the celebration will begin first thing. We want to ensure that all of our heroes receive the recognition they deserve. Thank you for your understanding and support!

We are excited to kick off Red Ribbon Week next week, and we’ve got some fantastic activities planned! This special week is a fun and meaningful way for our students to learn about the importance of making healthy choices and saying NO to drugs. Each day, we encourage your child to join in the spirit of the week by dressing up according to our fun daily themes! Not only will students have a blast expressing their creativity, but they’ll also be taking part in an important conversation about making positive, drug-free choices. Be sure to check the daily themes and encourage your child to participate. Together, let’s make this Red Ribbon Week a memorable and impactful experience! Thank you for your continued support in helping our students grow into healthy, responsible young leaders.
